To make a booking with Val D’Aran by UTMB®Trail Camps, you must fill in the online booking form that you can find on our website.
Once we receive the form we will respond to your request by email as soon as possible, indicating availability and conditions.
In order to formalise the reservation you will have to pay 35% by credit card or bank transfer as a Registration – Place Reservation Fee.
The Registration – Place Reservation Fee is part of the total cost of the Val D’Aran by UTMB®Trail Camps. This amount is therefore considered as a deposit and will be deducted from the total cost of the Camp made by the participant. This place reservation fee will not be refundable under any circumstances; only in case of injury or Covid (with medical report) and will be applied as a deposit for a future Camp to be held within one year.
Final payment: at the latest one month before the Camp takes place, the total remaining amount corresponding to the date of the assigned Camp must be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Failure to pay this amount will imply that the organisation may assume that the participant withdraws from the assigned Camp and the place reservation fee will be considered as lost.
Notwithstanding the above, during the 72 hours following the booking, the right of withdrawal may be exercised for all bookings, without the need to justify the decision and without penalty of any kind (the client may only be asked to pay the amount of the return costs, should they exist).
Val D’Aran by UTMB®Trail Camps and Hotel Mauberme – Mountain Boutique Hotel reserves the right to admit and hold the Camp with a minimum capacity of 10 participants. In the case of not reaching the aforementioned quota, the total paid will be returned to all registered participants.
General conditions of our offers
Any modification to the price established for accommodation, experiences and/or services is considered to be an offer, subject to the selection of dates.
The offers can only be effective if booked directly with Val D’Aran by UTMB®Trail Camps and Hotel Mauberme by web or e-mail.
Under no circumstances may these offers be accumulated with other offers.
Each specific offer may have additional conditions to those stated above (duration, particularities, dates, etc.) which will be described in each case.
Val D’Aran by UTMB®Trail Camps and Hotel Mauberme – Mountain Boutique Hotel is always in the process of improvement. In this way, we manage to maintain the high quality standards we wish to offer our clients. Occasionally we make small changes to the decoration or furnishings that may not be reflected in the photos.
The organisation of the Val D’Aran by UTMB®Trail Camps and the Val D’Aran by UTMB® race itself correspond to Federated training and the UTMB World Series.
Participants must preferably be federated (Federación Española de Deportes de Montaña, Fédération Française d’Athlétisme, etc.) and must be in possession of an individual accident insurance policy covering rescue and evacuation costs in Spain.
Notwithstanding the above, and given the exceptional situation we are experiencing due to the COVID pandemic, we guarantee our clients free cancellation by Covid (except for expenses already incurred for the reservation), in the event that the Camps cannot be held.
The amounts resulting from the cancellation will be credited to our clients in the form of a voucher valid for one year to be used in our Camps, and will be deducted from the total amount of the cost of the Camp that the participant finally makes.
In any case, all cancellations must be notified in writing to the email info@hotemauberme.com with the corresponding supporting documents and confirmed by the Hotel. CANCELLATIONS BY TELEPHONE ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: all services and conditions will be regulated by SPANISH LAW.
Notwithstanding the above, Hotel Mauberme – Mountain Boutique Hotel will work to try to provide a solution to every case that may arise to our clients.
